Abstract :With the advances in technology, today's world is in the fourth industrial revolution which has an important role in the economies and industries of the countries. With this revolution, it is expected that all the tools and devices will be smart, self-learning and more efficient hardware and software products will be produced. Therefore, industrial production speed and productivity will increase, and economic and social life will develop. Efforts and impacts on digital transformation have also begun to appear in all parts of the world, from the private sector to public sector and the manufacturing environment to the academic environment. Techno-park companies have an undeniable role on technology production and development. For this reason, techno-park company’s current issues on the new technology development, and problems encountered have a critical importance in terms of providing and improving the effective utilization of digital transformation. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the issues and difficulties that encountered in the source of technology production while developing industry 4.0 technologies. In this pursuit, the data were collected by means of a questionnaire study and they were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and exploratory factor analysis.
