Abstract :Which have a high potential in renewable energy sources wind energy has the capacity to meet the rapidly growing energy needs. This assessment of potential environmental problems of our country and to minimize the need to preserve the ecological balance. At the same time as the wind energy potential in Turkey is a country rich and technologically adequate. In this article, wind energy design, modeling and has been manufactured.
