Abstract :Spinal cord injury without vertebral abnormalities (SCIWORA) accompanying radiography and tomography is common in the pediatric population. However, very few cases have been reported so far in adults and it is a very rare condition. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become a preferred investigation for the diagnosis of SCIWORA with its increased availability and utilization in recent years.
