Abstract :The efficacy and safety of pramipexole have been reported both in the treatment of unipolar/bipolar depression and anxiety/depression in patients with Parkison disease. But, there is no evidence for its clinical effect in seasonal depressive disorder. In this case report, the patient with seasonal depression responded to pramipexole is presented.
