Abstract :In this study, Ni coated insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1.66% BN- 31.65% Astaloy-CrM); powders were formed circularly in uniaxial press. These samples are sintered in conventional furnace with argon atmosphere at 1000-1100-1200-1300-1400 ° C. After sintering, mechanical and metallographic XRD and SEM insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Scanning Electron Microscope); were investigated. The highest hardness value of 86,12 HB was obtained in the 66,67% composite sample sintered insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1,66% BN- 31,65% Astaloy-CrM); at 1400 °C from the experimental results.
