Abstract :Acute ischemic stroke and coronary coronary syndrome are the major causes of death worldwide. The prevalence of coronary artery disease has been reported in one fifth of stroke patients. Any acute or recent problem in the heart or ın the brain that could result in an acute infarction of the other. In this review we describe the definitionş causes and treatment of the concurent cardio-cerebral infarction
