Abstract :The concept of EPR insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Extended Producer Responsibility); was first put forward in 1988 by Thomas Lindquist, an economist of Lund University, in a report submitted to Sweden Environmental Agency. Its original idea can be traced back to 1975. There is a Swedish bill on waste recovery and management, which comes up with an idea that the producers, before manufacturing work come to start, are responsible for knowing how to dispose waste products in an appropriate manner from the perspective of environmental protection and resource conservation. Later, the International Economic Cooperation and Development Association established the EPR system for managing waste electrical and electronic equipment.
