Abstract :Zaimzade Kamil Efendi dwelling located in Eskişehir province, Sivrihisar district is one of the examples of civil architecture which considerably preserves its unique features within historical structure, embodies authentic structure system, construction plan and structure elements of traditional Sivrihisar dwellings. The dwelling, settled in by the groups prone to vandalism, has entered into a fast deterioration process as it is open to atmospheric effects. Within the scope of this article, by summarizing the thesis study completed by the authors in 2016, researches on restitution have been summarized with visual and vectorial documentation studies, change and deterioration analysis related to the dwelling and intervention recommendations have been presented with their stages.
