Abstract :Normal 0 21 false false false TR X-NONE X-NONE In this study, the drying behaviour of pumpkin was experimentally investigated in a cyclone type dryer. In the experiments, drying air velocities selected were 1 and 1.5 m/s, while three different air inlet temperatures of 60, 70 and 80 o C were used. The curves of drying rate-moisture content obtained from the experimental results were mathematically modelled using non-linear regression analysis.  Key Words: Drying, convection dryer, pumpkin, mathematical modelling, regression analysis
