Abstract :Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate into the perception of “Queen Bee Syndrome” among female healthcare workers employed in healthcare industry, followed by an analysis of the relationship this syndrome has with female healthcare workers’ perception of “Leadership”, and to pinpoint the differences in queen bee syndrome according to certain socio-demographic characteristics. Methods: Designed as a cross-sectional study, this research had a sample of 515 female healthcare workers. Research was conducted from December 2021 to March 2022 on female healthcare workers employed in Ordu province.
