Abstract :This study aims to examine 566 studies published between 1998 and 2023 in the fields of sports and EEG from a bibliometric perspective. EEG is a noninvasive tool for evaluating cognitive and psychomotor performance in sports. Advances in EEG technology and methodologies have expanded its applications in sports research, demonstrating its potential to improve athletes\\\' training, assess performance, and understand expertise. Document analysis was used to analyze the data. Studies on sports and EEG in the WoS database were used as the research data collection tool. Analyzes were made through the VOSviewer program. It has been determined that the historical process in the researched area started in 1998, and until today, most of the studies have been done in the USA. Other findings obtained were examined in detail in the results section. The results obtained contribute to determining the level of development in the subject under study, the field\\\'s strong or weak points, and the researchers\\\' focus points. Keywords : EEG, Sports, Bibliometric Analysis, Neuroimaging.
