Abstract :Objective: The use of novel chemothe rapeutic agents in the treatment of multiple myeloma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MM); has improved life expe ctancy and quality of life in thesepatients in t he last decade. Therefore, more MM pati ents are treated for repeati ng path ologica l fractures. Case Report: in our case spinal, interscalene and superficial cervical blocks were performed in a 61-ye ar-old MM patient who will be operated due to tibial and humoral pathologic fractures and was at risk for general anesth esia due to cardiac and pulmonary problems. Conclusion: in this report, we demonstrated that the use of regional anesthesia is a good option in order to minimizeanest hesi a related risk level in the presence of MM.Keywords : multiple myeloma, regional anesth esia
