Abstract :Öz Maksud Şeyhzâde “20. yüzyıl Özbek edebiyatında şiir ve tiyatro eserleriyle tanınmış temsilcilerinden biridir. Aslen Azerbaycanlı olan Şeyhzâde, yüksek tahsilini tamamladıktan sonra, Dağıstan’da muallim, şair, gazeteci ve münekkit olarak tanınmaya başlar. Şeyhzâde, Pedagoji Enstitüsü’nün uzaktan eğitim veren bölü- münde öğrenci olduğu için Bakû’ye gidiş gelişleri sırasında Mayakovski, Sergei Yesenin ve Nazım Hikmet gibi Sovyet şiirinin tanınmış şairleriyle tanışır. Dönemin yönetimi tarafından Şeyhzâde, 6 Aralık 1927 tarihinde “sosyal tehlike arz eden unsur” olarak değerlendirilir ve üç yıl sürgün cezasına çarptırılır. O da annesinin tavsiyesi ile sürgün yeri olarak Taşkent’i tercih eder ve 1928 yılı Şubat ayının sonlarında cezasını çekmek üzere bu şehre gelir ve bir daha Azerbaycan’a dönmez. Hayatının sonuna kadar burada yaşayan Maksud Şeyhzâde, Taşkent hakkındaki düşünce ve duygularını, 1957 yılında yazdığı Taşkentnâme adlı destanında ebedileştirir. Modern Özbek Edebiyatının temsilcilerinden Erkin Vâhidov’un Palatkada Yozilgan Doston’ı 1966 yılında meydana gelen büyük depremi ve bu deprem sonrasındaki Taşkent’i anlatmaktadır. 8 bölümden oluşan bu eserde bilhassa söz konusu büyük depremden sonra Taşkent şehrinin durumu ve onun yeniden nasıl imar edildiği; bu doğal afetin yaşandığı süreçte ve sonrasında Özbeklerin sebat ve metanetini, ruh güzelliğini ve dostluğunu anlatmaktadır.    Bu makalede sürgün cezasına çekmek üzere Taşkent’e gelen ve burayı kendisine memleket olarak benimseyen bir şairle, büyük bir felaketi bizatihi yaşayan ve bu süreçte yaşananları gözlemleyerek bunları ebedileştiren bir şairin nazarından bir şehrin nasıl göründüğü üzerinde durulacaktır. Abstract Sheikhzade, Maksud is one of the renowned emissaries of the 20th century Uzbek literature and drama. Born and raised in Azerbaijan, Sheikhzade was started to become known by the society in Daghestan attributable to his astonishing work as a teacher, poet, journalist and critic, afer completing his higher education. Since he was a student at a department of Pedagogical Institute in Baku, which was offering remote education, he happened to get personally acquainted with such famous names of Soviet poetry as Vladimir Mayakovsky, Sergei Alexandrovich Yesenin and Nazim Hikmet, in time of his travels to and from Baku. On December 6th, 1927, he is sentenced to three years of exile, by the central government of his period for the charge of "posing a social threat". So he chooses Tashkent as the destination of his exile, listening to her mother's advice and arrives at this city by the end of February, 1928, for expiation and never returns back to Azerbaijan, again. Sheikhzade, Maksud lives there till the end of his days, eternalizing his thoughts and feelings about Tashkent, in the lyric philosophical "Poem About Tashkent" (literal translation of the originally Russian title), he writes in 1957. Te "Palatkada Yozilgan Doston", or, "Te Poem Tat was Written in a Tent" by Erkin Vohidov, a celebrated envoy of Contemporary Uzbek Literature tells the story of the catastrophic earthquake which took place in 1966 and of Tashkent in its afermath. Tis piece of art consists of 8 chapters and describes especially the actual circumstances in Tashkent city afer the big disaster and how it was rebuilt from rubble, while dexterously depicting the persistence and determination as well as spiritual kindness and friendship of the Uzbek people. Tis article will concentrate around the aesthetic appearance of a city facing a historical disaster from the viewpoint of a poet who arrives at Tashkent on exile and makes it his home and then immortalize afer carefully observing various aspects of it as he sees throughout the process.
