Abstract :Türk siyasi hayatında 12 Eylül 1980 darbesi akabinde oluşan kritik süreçten en fazla etkilenen siyasi partilerden birisi de hiç kuşkusuz Milliyetçi Hareket Partisidir. Darbe sonrasında “MHP ve Ülkücü Kuruluşlar” hakkında 1402 sayılı kanuna 08.10.1980 tarihli ve 2310 sayılı yasayla ilave edilen Ek-1 maddesi gereğince başlatılmış olan hazırlık soruşturmasının Ankara Sıkıyönetim Komutanlığı Askeri Savcılığında bulunan bazı görevliler tarafından 29.04.1981 tarihinde neticelendirilerek kamu davası açılması bu durumun en somut örneklerinden birisidir. Söz konusu MHP ve Ülkücü Kuruluşlar Davasının, daha ziyade Milliyetçi-Ülkücü vasıfları ve hassasiyetleriyle ön plana çıkan Hizmet için Yeni Hamle adlı derginin penceresinden ele alınıp incelenmesi bu çalışmanın ana temasını oluşturmuştur. Bilindiği üzere, 12 Eylül Darbesinin oluşturduğu ortamdan basın hayatı da olumsuz etkilenmiş, basın üzerinde de bir denetim söz konusu olmuştur. Bu düşüncelerden yola çıkarak MHP ve Ülkücü Kuruluşlar Davası hususunda dönemin tüm neşriyatını bir bütün olarak ele almak yerine, konu Hamle Dergisi örneğinden hareketle ele alınmıştır. Bu yönüyle incelenen konu, 1983 yılında 32 sayı olarak yayımlanan Hamle Dergisi’nin geneli üzerinde durularak ele alınacaktır. Yapılan incelemeler neticesinde haftalık aktüalite, haber ve yorum dergisi olarak yayımlanan Hamle Dergisinin 12 Eylül Darbesi’nin ardından oluşan kritik süreçte yargılanan Türk Milliyetçileri hakkındaki en doğru haberleri Türk kamuoyuna duyurduğu, yayımlanmış olan sayılarının tamamına yakınında konuya özel bir yer vererek bir anlamda yayım çizgisini de gösterdiği, uzun süre devam etmese bile yayımlandığı dönemde hem basın hayatına hem de kültür ve düşünce alanına katkılar sunmuş; ayrıca MHP ve Ülkücü Kuruluşlar Davası aracılığıyla da özellikle “12 Eylül hukuku”nun anlaşılmasına dair önemli bir süreli yayın olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. In this respect, the subject examined will be discussed by focusing on the general of the Journal “Hamle”, which was published in 1983 as 32 numbers. As a result of the investigations, the weekly actuality, news and Commentary magazine published the most accurate news about the Turkish nationalists who were tried in the critical period after the September 12 coup, has announced to the public that they have a special place in the entire issue of the issue and has shown the line of publication in a sense, even; in addition, it has been concluded that there is an important periodical publication on the understanding of the “September 12 law”, especially through the MHP and ulterior institutions case.
