Abstract :Özet Kemik iliği transplantasyonu hematopoetik malignit é-- 1er i çin kullanılan bir tedavi şeklidir. Farklı genetik yapıdaki kemik iliği vericilerinden yapılan allogenik kemik transplantasyonunda bir çok komplikasyon meydana gelmektedir. Bunlardan en önemlisi Kronik Graft Versus Host insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KGVH); hastalığıdır. Vericinin lenfositlerinin alıcının dokularına saldırması sonucu gelişen bir hastalık olarak tanımlanabilir. KGVH hastalığının oral lezyonları otoimmun konnektif doku hastalıkları ile yakından ilgilidir. İlk belirtiler olarak ortaya çıkan bu oral lezyonlardan en sık görüleni İse Oral Lichen Flanus lezyonlandır. Abstract Bone marrow transplantation is a treatment way for hema-topoethic malign tunors. When different genetical bone-marrows which are taken from different donors are used for allogenic bone-marrow transplantation, they cause many complications. The most important complication is Chronical Graft Versus Host Disease insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CGVHD);. CGHVDisease can be described as a disease hi which the lenfocytes of the donor attacks the tissues of the recepient. The oral lesions oj CGVH Disease is related to connective tissue diseases. The most common of these oral lesions, which appear as the first symptoms, is Oral Lichen Planus lesions. In this study, we examined the Key words: Oral Lichen Planus, Graft Versus Host Disease.
