Abstract :Özet Diş hekimliğinde çarp az kontaminasyon riskine karşı protezlerin laboratuvarlara giriş ve çıkışlarında çeşitli kimyasal temizlik solüsyonları kullanılmalıdır. Ayrıca, diş hekimi hastalarına kullanımı kolay, protez kaide maddesine zarar vermeyen, etkili bir temizleyici ajan önermelidir. Ancak, bazı temizlik ajanlarının protez kaide maddesinde zararlı etkilere neden olduğu bildirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, altı farklı protez temizlik solüsyonunun akrİlik kaide maddesinin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Meliodent); renk değişimine etkisi incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak; araştırmamızda akrilik örneklerin cilasız yüzeylerinde, cilalı yüzeylerden daha erken ve belirgin renk değişimi olduğu gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, hem cilalı hem de cilasız yüzeylerde Finicalc Dental PR`nin en erken, %1`lik Sodyum hipokloritin en geç renk değişimine neden olduğu, Corega Tabs temizlik ajanının ise her iki yüzeyde de renk değişimi oluşturmadığı belirlenmiştir. Abstract Various chemical cleaning solutions should be used against cross-contamination risk in the removable dentures when tfiey `re received at the dental laboratory or at the clinic. Also, the dentist should advise an effective cleaning solution which he easy to use and not harmful to denture base material. However, it was reported, some of insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(he cleaning solutions may cause deleterious effects on the denture base materials. In this study, the effects of six different denture cleaning solutions on the denture base material insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Meliodent); is evaluated. As the result of the study, a more significant and earlier color change is observed on the non-polished surfaces of the acrylic specimens. Finicalc Dental PR is found to be the earliest color changing solution where the eeffect of the Sodium hypochlorite insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( %1); is the latest, Corega Tabs is found to have no effect on the color stability of the specimens both on the polished and the non polished surfaces.
