Abstract :STATISCÄL EVALUATION OF MEASUREMENTS BEFORE AND AFTER ORTOGNATHIC SURGERY OF CONDYLAR PATH TRACINGS BY USING APOGRAPH IN DENTOFA CIAL DEFORMITY OF TMJ INTERNAL DERANGEMENT PATIENTS   Özet Dentofasial iskeletsel deformiteli olgularda temporomandibular eklemin fonksiyonel ve biyolojik durumu klinik ve detaylı olarak değerlendirilemediğinden ortognatik cerrahiden önce ve sonra temporomandibular eklemdeki değişiklikler ancak kondil yolu trajelerinin ölçümleri ile saptanabilmektedir. Bu çalışma, ortognatik cerrahi uygulanacak ve temporomandibular internal düzensizliği olan 25 hastada ortognatik cerrahiden önce ve sonra alt çenenin açma-kapama, protrusiv ve medial hareketlerindeki kondil yolu kayı tlarının limit değerlerim aksiyograf ile tespit etmek ve temporomandibular fonksiyonları hakkında bilgi sağlamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmamızın sonucunda, sağ ve sol kondilde ortognatik cerrahi öncesi elde edilen kondil yolu traje uzunlukları ile ortognatik cerrahiden sonra elde edilen kondil yolu traje uzunlukları arasında açma-kapama insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(sağ kondil t:20.67, p<0.001; sol kondil 1:16.61 p<0.001);, protrusiv insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(sağ kondil t:27.66, p<0.001; sol kondil t:23.49, p<0.001); ve medial hareketler insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(sağ kondil t:22.50, p<0.001; sol kondil t:8.90, p<0.001); sırasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Can not be assed by clinical and conventional imagination techniques. Therefore the changes of TMJ before and after ortognathic surgery can only be seen at tlie axiog-raphic tracing 25 patients with TMJ internal derangements who were undergoing ortognathic surgery were taken in this study. The condylar tracing of the TMJ were recorded at the maximum, measures of the openning, protrusion and medial exurcion of the inandible with an axiograph before and after operation. It was found significantly difference in the condylar tracing of the TMJ which was taken the measurements before and after ortognathic surgery.
