Abstract :ÖZET Bu araştırmada kanlların Irrigasyonu için bu poliantibiotiık patı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(penicilline-Neomycin-Streptomycin-Gliserin); geliştirilerek hastalara tatbik yönüne gidilmiştir. Laboratuar ve klinik deneylerinde kanal irrigasyon maddesi olarak kullanılabilen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Peniciline-Neomycin-Streptomycin-Gliserin); poliantibrotik patının kök kanallarında bulunan mikroorganizmlara karşi bakterisit tesiri olduğu halde Candidaların ürediği tespit edilmiştir. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Peniciline-Neomycin-Streptomycin-Gliserin); patına ilave olunan yüksek konsantrasyonlu Nitrofuransa rağmen de Candidalar üremiş. Böylece bu pat daha da geliştirilmiş ve Nıystatin ilavesiyle arzu edilen niteliğe bilhassa irrigasyon maddesi olarak uyduğu tesbpit edilmiştir. .Klinik olarak kontrol edilmiş ve sadece 3 vak`adan post operatif reaksiyonlar görülerek cerrahî müdahale yapılmıştır. Bu suretle bu patın kanal irrigasyon maddesi olarak arzu edilen şartlara Nystatin ilavesiyle tamamen uyduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu poliantibiotifk patının [Penicilline-Necımycin-Streptomycin-Glicerine); pulpit`s purulenta ve gangrenli dişlerin kanal irrigasyon maddesi olarak tatbikinin yerinde olacağın neticesine varılmıştır. SUMMARY This research is based on the use of a poliantilbiotic paste [Penicilline^Neo-mycin-Streptomyoin-Glicerine); for the irrigation of foot canals In human beings. This paste insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Penicilline-Ne.O`myci`n-Streptomycin-Glycerine); which is used as a substance for canal irrigation in clinic and laboratory experiments, despite having a bacteiriacidal effect eliminate CANDIDAS. Even with the addition of a highly concentrated amount of NITROFURANS insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(an antiiugal agent); the Penci`lline-Neomycin-Streptomycin-Glycerine paste, tho growth of CANDIDAS, continued. Therefore, it became necessary to add Nystatin to the paste making a subtance suitable to use as an irrigation agent. In clinic, this paste was used to treat 27 patients. From time to time these cases were re-called for control and only 3 cases showed any sign of post-operative reaction. It was determined that the addition of Nystatin to the original paste resulted in a suitable and effective agent for canal irrigation. We are of the opinion that this poliantibiotic paste insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Peniciline-Neomycin-Streptomycin-Glycerine); can be used as a canal irrigation agent for the treatment of cases of pulpitis purulenta and gangrene of the teeth.
