Abstract :ÖZET Bu yazıda gelişen dişlerde alkalin fosfataz aktivitesini açıklamaya çalıştık. Çeşitli araştırıcılar tarafından alkalin fosfatazın aşağıdaki konularda etkili olduğu ileri sürülmektedir. 1. Hücre proliferasyonunda 2. Matrix formasyonunda 3. Kollagen sentezinde 4. Mukopolisakkarit sentezinde 5. Kalsifikasyonda 6- Hücre için gerekli metabolik ürünlerin hücre membranların dan geçişinde SUMMARY In this article, we tried to explain the alkaline phosphatase activity in developing teeth. Various researchers are claiming the effect of alkaline phosphatase in the below detailed situations. 1. In the cell proliferation 2. In the matrix formation 3. In the collagen synthesis 4. In the muco polysaccarit synthesis 5. In the calcification 6. In the transition of necessary metabolic products from the cell membranes.
