KANSERE İLİŞKİN TUTUMLARI (KANSER DAMGASI) ÖLÇME ANKETİ- TOPLUM VERSİYONU’NUN TÜRKÇE GEÇERLİLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract :ÖZET Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kansere İlişkin Tutumları  insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Kanser Damgası); Ölçme  insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KİTÖ); Anketi- Toplum Versiyon’un Türkçe güvenirlik ve geçerlilik çalışmasını yapmaktır. Gereç-Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte olan bu araştırma bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesi’nin günübirlik kemoterapi ünitesi ile bir aile sağlığı merkezi’nde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma örneklemini  kanser nedeniyle tedavi alan hastaların sağlıklı hasta yakınları ve bir aile sağlığı merkezi’ne herhangi bir nedenle başvuran 322 birey oluşturmuştur. Veriler “B irey  Görüşme formu  ve Kansere İlişkin Tutumları Ölçme insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KİTÖ); Anketi-  Toplum Versiyonu” ile toplanmıştır. Ölçeğin geçerliği için “Kapsam Geçerlilik İndeksi, Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi”,  güvenilirlik analizleri için “Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi, iç tutarlılık analizi, madde toplam puan korelasyon analizleri” uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Bireylerin yaş ortalaması 39.7 ±12.7 olup %61.8’i kadın, % 38.2’si erkek,  %37.6’sı lise, %30.1’i ilkokul mezunu, %67.1’i evlidir. Geçerlilik analizlerinde KMO=0.88, x 2 : 3721.53, p=0.000; CFI=0.94, GFI=0.88, NFI=0.92,  RMSEA=0.09 ‘dur. Cronbach alpha değeri 0.92 olup m adde toplam puan korelasyonları .31 ile .79 arasında değiş mektedir. KİTÖ anketi’nin puan ortalaması 2.66± 0.56 bulunmuş olup araştırma grubundaki bireylerin kansere ilişkin olumsuz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(negatif); tutum içinde oldukları görülmüştür. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda Kansere İlişkin Tutumları Ölçme Anketi – Toplum Versiyonu’nun kanserli hastalara ilişkin tutumu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(kanser damgalaması- Stigma); ölçmede geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç olduğu görülmüştür. Anahtar Kelimeler; Kanser; tutum; stigma; Geçerlilik; güvenirlik   ABSTRACT The Study Turkish Version of Validation and Reliability of a Questionnaire for Measuring Attitudes Toward Cancer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cancer Stigma);- Community Version Aim: The aim of this study is to achieve the reliability and validity study of the Turkish version of the Questionnaire for Measuring Attitudes Toward Cancer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cancer Stigma);- Community Version Methods: This methodological study was conducted in the outpatient chemotherapy unit of a Training and Research Hospital and a family health center. The study sample consisted of 322 people either who were the healthy relatives of cancer patients receiving treatment or who presented to the family health center for any reason. Data were collected with the `Individual Interview Form” Questionnaire for Measuring Attitudes Toward Cancer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cancer Stigma);- Community Version . To achieve the validity of the scale, the `Content Validity Index” and “Exploratory Factor Analysis` and to achieve the reliability analysis of the scale, the `Confirmatory Factor Analysis”, “Internal Consistency Analysis”, and “Item-Total Correlation Analysis` were used. Results: The mean age of the participants was 39.7 ± 12.7. Of them, 61.8% were female, 37.6% were high school graduates, 30.1% were primary school graduates, and 67.1% were married. In the validity analysis, the values were as follows: KMO = 0.88, x2: 3721.53, p = 0.000; CFI = 0.94, GFI = 0.88, NFI = 0.92, RMSEA = 0.09. Cronbach`s alpha value was 0.92. The item-total correlations ranged from 0.31 to 0.79. The mean score obtained from the  questionnaire was 2.66 ± 0.56. The participants displayed negative attitudes towards cancer. Conclusion: The results of the study demonstrated that the Questionnaire for Measuring Attitudes Toward Cancer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cancer Stigma);- Community Version was a valid and reliable instrument for the assessment.
