Abstract :ÖZET Amaç: Kan basıncı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(K.B.); ölçümü hemşirelik için temel bir beceridir.   Literatürde K.B. bilgi ve gözleme dayalı ölçümlerde hemşire ve öğrencilerde yetersizlikler belirlenmiştir. Temel beceri olan K.B.’nın test edilmesi için geçerlik ve güvenirliği test edilmiş bu bilgi testinin hazırlama basamakları ve analiz sonuçlarının hemşirelik ölçme değerlendirme alanına katkı yapması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma metodolojik olarak geliştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 41 hemşirelik 3. Sınıf öğrencisi örneklemi oluşturmaktadır. Etik kurul izni alınmıştır. Hedef davranışları kapsayan 60 maddelik soru havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Taslak maddeler uzman görüşüne göre yeniden düzenlenmiştir. 39 maddeye indirgenmiş testin ön uygulaması yapılmıştır. Madde analizinde her bir maddenin madde istatistikleri hesaplanmıştır. Madde istatistikleri ve kapsam geçerliliğine göre uygun olan 20 soru seçilmiştir. Bulgular: Seçilen soruların %75’i orta güçlükte olup, testin ortalama güçlüğü 0,58 olarak bulunmuştur. Maddelerin %55’i iyi ve çok iyi ayırt edicilik sağlarken, %15’i düzeltilerek teste dahil edilmiştir. Nihai testin Kuder -Richardson 20 ve 21 değeri sırasıyla 0,68 ve 0,64 olarak hesaplanmış ve kısa maddeli bir test için güvenli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Yapılan çalışma ile geçerli ve güvenli kabul edilen çoktan seçmeli K.B. bilgi testi sunulmuştur. Hemşirelik eğitiminde diğer alanlarda da geliştirilen testlerin geçerlik ve güvenirliklerinin yapılması nesnel ve adil bir ölçüm sağlayacak ve hemşire eğitimcilerin değerlendirmelerini kolaylaştıracaktır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hemşirelik Eğitimi; Kan Basıncı; Eğitimsel Ölçüm   ABSTRACT A New Test in Assesing the Education of Blood Pressure Measurement Aim: Blood pressure measurument is a basic skill for nursing. In the literature, inadequacies were found in nurses and students in measurements based on blood pressure information and observation. It is aimed to contribute to the field of nursing assessment of the steps of preparation and analysis results of this information test which has been tested for validity and reliability in order to test the basic skill of blood pressure. Methods: The research was developed methodologically. The sample constitute 41 nurses of the 3rd grade students who accepted to participate in the research. Ethics committee has been granted. A 60-item question pool covering target behaviors was created. The drafts have been rearranged according to expertopinion. Preliminary application of reduced test to 39 substances was done. In item analysis, item statistics of each item are calculated. 20 questions were selected which are appropriate according to item statistics and content validity. Results: Selected questions of the 75% were moderately difficult and the average difficulty of the test was 0.58. While 55% of the items provide well and very well discrimination, 15% were corrected and included in the test. Kuder -Richardson 20 and 21 values of the final test were 0.68 and 0.64 respectively. The obtained values were implemented and considered to be consistent for shorttests. Conclusion: This study provides multiple-choice blood pressure information test which is valid and safe. The validity and reliability of the tests developed in other areas of nursing education will provide an objective and fair measurement and facilitate the evaluation of nurse educators.
