Abstract :ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı, çocuk ile çalışan hemşirelerin rol ve işlevlerini uygulama düzeylerini belirlemede kullanılacak geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, çeşitli hastanelerin çocuk kliniklerinde çalışan 84 hemşireden oluşmuştur. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, 63 maddelik sekiz alt boyuttan oluşan güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Veriler “Çocuk Hemşirelerinin Rol ve İşlevlerini Uygulama Ölçeği” yardımıyla elde edilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hemşirelik, rol ve işlevler, güvenirlik, geçerlik   ABSTRACT Development of `Implementation of Pediatric Nurses` Roles and Functions Inventory`: Reliability and Validity The purpose of this research was to develop a valid and reliable tool that can be used to determine the level of implementation of roles and functions of nurses working with children. The research study group was composed of 84 nurses who work on pediatric wards in various hospitals. As a result of the analysis a 63-item tool with 8 subcategories was developed that was reliable and valid.
