SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITIES OF NOVEL 1-(MORPHOLINE-4-YL-METHYL)-3-ALKYL(ARYL)-4-[4-(DIMETHYLAMINO)-BENZYLIDENAMINO]-4,5-DIHYDRO-1H-1,2,4-TRIAZOL-5-ONES

Abstract :In this paper, eight novel 1-insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(morpholine-4-yl-methyl);-3-alkylinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(aryl);-4-[4-insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(dimethylamino);-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( 2 ); were obtained by the reactions of 3-alkylinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(aryl);-4-[4-insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(dimethylamino);-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( 1 ); with formaldehyde and morpholine. The novel synthesized compounds were identified by IR, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR spectral data. Besides, the newly synthesized compounds were analysed for their in vitro potential antioxidant capacities in three different assays. All of the compounds demonstrated significant activity for metal chelating effect.Keywords : 4, 5 Dihydro 1H 1, 2, 4 triazol 5 one, Syntheses, Mannich base, Antioxidant capacity
