Abstract :An unusual case of penile fracture insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(rupture of corpus cavernosum); that accidentally occurred during sexual intercourse is presented. The injury also involved the rupture of the urethra. The need for immediate surgery is emphasized when compared to the complications of conservative treatment.
