Abstract :Lyme disease is a multisystem inflammatory disorder caused by the spirochete Borrelia Burgdorferi. Infection is transmitted by the ixoidid ticks in nature. In this paper, we are presenting a Lyme disease case with diffuse orop-haryngeal ulceration. We decided to present this case because it is quite unique and difficult to find in medical literature.
