Abstract :Özet Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaöğretim tarih öğretmenlerinin gezi-gözlem yöntemi uygulamalarında karşılaştığı sorunları ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, Erzurum merkez ilçesindeki değişik okullarda görev yapan 33 tarih öğretmeni üzerinde anket yapılmıştır. Tarih öğretiminin en temel araçlarından olan gezigözlem yöntemi planlama, yönetim ve uygulaması sırasındaki güçlükler şeklinde değerlendirilerek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Tarih, Tarih Öğretmeni, Tarih Öğretimi, Müze.   Abstract The goal of this study is to put forward the problems which the secondary education history teachers are confronted in practicing the tour-observation method. For this goal, a public survey is conducted or, 33 history teachers who are working in different schools at the centre of Erzurum. Tour-observation method which is the most basic tool of teaching history is tried to be explained by evaluating the difficulties at the range of during plctnnine, administration and practicing.
