Abstract :Bu çalısmada, son yıllarda eğitimde güncel bir kavram olan etkili öğretmenlik konusu ele alınmıstır. Literatür taraması yapılmıs ve konu ile ilgili yapılan kuramsal açıklamalar ile arastırma bulgularına yer verilmistir. Đlgililere eğitim ve öğretimde etkili öğretmenlik konusunda yapılabilecekler hakkında somut önerilerde bulunulmustur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Eğitim, etkili öğretmenlik   Abstract: In this study, effective teaching which is a (current) popular concept in education in recent years was studied. A research of literature was carried out and the theoretical explanations and research findings were included. Some concrete suggestions about the things that may be done related to effective teachings were given to those who are interested in such issues. Key Words: Education, effective Teaching
