Abstract :Seyranı Türk Aşık edebiyatının önde gelen ozanlarındandır. Hiciv ve hikemiyat onun şiirinin temelini oluştunnaktadır. Şair bugüne kadar hiciv şiirleriyle ön plana çıkmıştır. Halbuki şairin hikmetli söyleme yönü de oldukça kuvvetlidir. Şiirlerinde atasözü ve deyimleri ustalıkla kullanan şair, Osmanlının ekonomik ve siyasi bunalımlarının en yoğun olduğu dönemi yaşamış ve bu dönem onun edebi şahsiyetinin oluşmasına zemin hazırlamıştır. Onun hikmet anlayışı hiciv anlayışı kadar kuvvetlidir. Especially the satire is the main literary fonn in Seyrani's poems, his poems have became popular with his satirical language, however the poet's wisdom speech his is quite dominant on his works. In his works, he uses a great of dea! proverbs, idioms succesfuııy . He also lived the periods of economic, political and depression of the Ottomon Empire in deep way. And these periods intluenced his life and his works, so much . Thus he vas bom as asatire poet, and he became a literary figure in the Turksh Literature Shortly the poet's thought about wisdom are as much slrong as his understanding about satire, this point of view has helped us know him as the letters of man in the fild of satire and wisdom writings.
