Abstract :ÖZET (Kök)türk harfli eski Türk yazıtlarının bir kısmı, kullanım eşyaları (bıçaklar, kamalar, eyerler, kemerler, kadehler, vazolar, saksıları 'mühürler, paralar...) Uzerine hakkedilmiştir. Kullanım eşyaları üzerine hakkedilen yazıtlardan biri de "Mulrın Temdeg yazltı"dır. 2.8x2.8 cm boyutunda bakırdan bir parçanın oyulması suretiyle hazırlanmış olan yazıt, bugün Mogolistan Halk Cumhuriyeti'nde Dundgovi Aymag'ın merkezi Mandalgov'daki mlizede koruma altında bulunmakıadır. Yazıt üzerinde tarafımızdan yapılan incelemeler sonucunda söz konusu eserin (orijinalinde) "mühür" olarak yapıldıgı tespit edilmiştir. Üzerinde Köktürk harfleriyle soldan saga dogru iki satır hAlinde (h<~ı..'{ / h(~i. Y) "kutlug (kutlu)" kelimesi yazılı olan mühür. herhangi bir yere basıldıgında harflersagdan sola dogru "Y~ı\" şeklinde Çıkmaktadır. Uygur dönemine ait olması kuvvetle muhtemel "Kutlugun mührü", hem ait oldugu yüzyılda Türk Milleti'nin ulaştıgı kültür ve medeniyet seviyesini, hem de (Kök)türk yazısının gelişmişligini yansıtması bakımından son derece önemlidir. AB8TRACT Some of the old Turkic inscriptions in Kokturk letters were inscribed on the utilities like knjves, daggers, saddles, belts, goblets, vases, seals, eoins, anqso on. One ofthese is "the Mutrin Temdeg lnscription." lt is prepared by inscribing on the copper piece of2.8x2.8 cm. and it is now under protection in the museum located in Mandalgov, the center of the Dundgovi Aymag (Region) in Mongolia. As a result of our study it is safe to say that it was used as a "seaL." lt has two lines from [efi to right saying (h ~ ~ ı. y / h(~i. Y) "kutlug (auspicious)" and ",:hen it is pressed on somewhere it goes from right to lefi as "YWıI,,("kutlug"). lt is very much so that "Mutrin Temdeg inscription" i The Seal of Kutlug belongs to the Uigur period and it is very valuable because it indicates the level of eulture and civilization of the Turkic people at that time and the level of the Kokturk letter's advance.
