Abstract :ÖZET Bu makale, yazılı veya sözlü olsun 'anlama' ifadesi üzerinde dunnaktadır. Araştınnada, 'anlama' için genel bazı şartlar ön görülmüştür. Bunlar, sözün anlamını kavramak, gramer ve analitik yapısını bilmek, sözün söylenrne sebebini bilmek, o söze bir bütün halinde yaklaşmak, ön yargılı olmamak, lügat ve terim sözcükleri ayırt etme ve o dilin sahip olduğu üslup ve özelliklerinden sayılan edebiyat diline hakim olmak gibi sıralanabilir. In this research, some general conditions have been suggested for understanding. These are grasping the meaning of the word, knowing the grammar and analytic structure of the language, knowing the reason for the word, approach to that word as a whole word, not to be prejudice, differentiate the dictionary words and terms, to be good in literature, which has the style and characteristics of the language.
