Abstract :ÖZET Dil, çok yönlü, gelişen "anlam" ve "biçim" ögelerinden oluşan bir dizgedir. Dilin öz niteliğini oluşturan bu ögeler, çift eklemlilik olarak adlandırılmaktadır. İnsanlar arasındaki iletişimi sağlaması bakımından bildirişim aracı olan dil, toplumdaki bireylerin uzlaşı alanı olması bakımından da sosyal bir kurum olarak algılanır. Her dilin kendi içinde dil içi dünya görüşü oluşturması, dilin özgün yapısını oluşturur. Anlam ve biçim ögeleriyle çift eklemli olan dilin, sosyal hayatla birlikte değişebilen, ama kuralları sayesinde varlığını koruyan dizgesel bir yapısı vardır. Dilin birinci eklemliğini oluşturan düşünce ve kavram boyutu dil bilimcilerin ilgi duyduğu bir alandır. Bütün bu özellikler, dilin "çift eklemliliği"ni oluşturan "anlam" ve "biçim" kavramları kapsamında değerlendirilir. ABSTRACT The language is a two dimensional, improving system which consists of the elements of "meaning" and "shape". These elements, which forms the character of itself, are called as double articulation. By providing the communication among the people the language is a communication tool, as the field of conciliation is an association either. Having in-stu general philosophy of own life, every language forms its original strııcture. There is a systematic strııcture of language which is double articulated by having sounds and meaning since it is able to change together with the social life but is able to save its existence thanks to the rules. The dimensions of thinking and concept, which makes the first articulation of language, is a field that linguistics are interested in. All these special features have been gotten into use in the scope of "meaning" and "shape" that forms the double articulation of language.
