Abstract :In this study, the biological activities of indole-3-acetic acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IAA);, gibberellic acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(GA3 );, abscisic acid insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ABA); and zeatin obtained from the culture medium and mycelia of Phanerochaete chrysosporium ME446 were determined. With this aim, oat coleoptile growth test for IAA and ABA and rice germination test for GA3 and chlorophyl amount test for zeatin were used. At the end of biological tests IAA, ABA and zeatin were observed to have full biological activity, whereas GA 3 has only partial biological activity.
