Abstract :In the article `New Records of the Myxobiota of Turkey` by R. Batur Oran and C. Cem Ergül, which was published in the Turkish Journal of Botany Vol: 28 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(5);, 511-515, 2004, Paradiacheopsis rigida insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Brandza); Nann.- Brem., in Martin & Alexopoulos, was erroneously identified as a new taxon. This taxon was previously published in `Proceedings of the 2nd Balkan Peninsula: into the Next Millennium, Vol. 1: 201-206, 2001 `by C. Cem Ergül and B. Dülger as a new record.
