Abstract :Variously substituted N-insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(4-phenyl-3-aroylthiazol-2insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3H);-ylidene);benzamides insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2a-t); were prepared by base-catalyzed cyclization of corresponding 1-aroyl-3-aryl thioureas with acetophenone in the presence of bromine.
