Abstract :Recently, the operating of aquacultures has become a rapidly expanding field in Turkey and in other countries throughout world.Thepollutants related to the use of artificial fish feed are a notable form of water pollution when discharged in the receiving water.As these discharges reduce the quality of the receiving water they also have a negative effect on other living organisms. The purpose of this study was to investigate water pollution in fish ponds by using a neural network model. The results of the model were compatible with the real data obtained by experiments, with an accuracy of 94.8%.
