Abstract :The extended modular group \overline{G}=PGLinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2,\mathbb{Z}); is the group obtained by adding the reflection Rinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(z);=1/\overline{z} to the generators of the modular group G =PSLinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2, {Z});. In this paper, we find the trace classes of the extended modular group \overline{G}. Using this, we classify the elements of \overline{G}.
