Abstract :The spin wave energy is determined by the competition between uniaxial and cubic anisotropy. We discuss the reorientation temperature TR of magnetization in two-dimension and calculate its dependence on the exchange, J, and the uniaxial anisotropy, G, parameters within random phase approximation.
