Abstract :The effective mass Duffin-Kemmer-Petiau equation for spin 0 and spin 1 with a potential well is considered, and transcendental equations are derived for the energy eigenvalues. Numerical results are reported graphically, and the variations of the energy of the bound states are computed as a function of the well width and mass.
