Abstract :In this study, a total of 30 Escherichia coli isolates obtained from milk samples of dairy cows suffering from subclinical mastitis in Konya, Turkey were typed according to plasmids and protein patterns. Agarose gel electrophoresis and sodium doedecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SDS-PAGE); methods were used to identify plasmids and whole-cell protein profiles. Of these two methods, SDS-PAGE typing proved to be more discriminate for typing the isolates.
