Abstract :Haemoglobin and transferrin types were investigated in Çine type sheep. Separation of transferrin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Tf); and haemoglobin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hb); types was carried out using horizontal starch-gel and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, respectively. Three Hb A and 59 Hb B types, and 5 transferrin alleles insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(A, B, M, D, E); were isolated from Çine type sheep. Eight Tf phenotypes consisting of 3 homozygote types insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Tf AA, Tf MM, Tf DD); and 5 hetorozygote types insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Tf AM, Tf AD, Tf AE, Tf BD, Tf MD); were detected.
