Abstract :In our research, the effect of UVB radiation on the amounts of Ca++, inorganic Pinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Pi);, K+, Na+, Mg++ , Cl- in serums of 22 week- old Wistar-Albino rats was investigated. UVB radiation was applied to trial group animals at dosages used for treatment insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(4 J/ cm2); for a period of 4 weeks.The blood samples were taken before the ray application as the control group. At the end of one month there was no change in the amounts of Pi, K+, Mg++ but the level of serum -Ca++ increased significantly insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P
