Abstract :An important mission confronting educators is that of challenging students to do scholarly research and publishing. Faculty-student collaboration is an important aspect of this endeavor. The web site hosts the new E-Journal of Organizational Learning and Leadership, which contains a college student’s section as well as a professional section.
