Abstract :Lausanne Peace Treaty with regard to Turkey, after World War I, on equal terms between the parties negotiated and signed as a result of the free will of the parties is the most important international treaty . Because of this treaty, the Republic of Turkey in the international arena and the new Turkish state recognition as an independent state in the international arena providing registration shows feature a founding document.
