Abstract :Arastırmada, Eğitim fakültesi öğrencilerinin iletisim becerileri cinsiyet, sınıf seviyesi ve bölüm değiskenleri açısından incelenmistir. Çalısma, 2007-2008 Öğretim yılında Atatürk Üniversitesi Kazım Karabekir Eğitim Fakültesinde öğrenim gören Sınıf Öğretmenliği, Đlköğretim Matematik, Fen Bilgisi, Psikolojik Danısma ve Rehberlik Anabilim Dalı’nda öğrenim gören 283 öğrenci üzerinde gerçeklestirilmistir. Đstatistiksel islemlerde t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılmıstır. Öğrencilerin iletisim becerilerinde cinsiyete ve sınıf seviyesine göre anlamlı fark bulunamamıstır. Ancak üniversite öğrencilerinin iletisim becerilerinde bölümler arasında anlamlı fark bulunmustur. Bu fark, Sınıf Öğretmenliği, Fen Bilgisi, Psikolojik Danısma ve Rehberlik Anabilim Dalı ile Đlköğretim Matematik Anabilim Dalı öğrencileri arasında olup; sınıf öğretmenliği, Fen Bilgisi, Psikolojik Danısma ve Rehberlik Anabilim Dalı lehinedir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Eğitim fakültesi öğrencileri, iletisim becerileri.   Abstract: This search was carried out in terms of different variables education faculty’s students’ communication skills, sexes, level of class and departments This study was done for the students of related departments of primary school teachers, primary school mathematic teachers, science education teachers and physcological advice and guidance teacher consisting of 283 students between the years of 2007-2008. t test and one way ANOVA were used for he statical analyses. There was no significant difference among students in accordence with their communication skills according to their sexes and class level, but a significant difference was found out for the university students’ communication skills among departments. This difference is present among Teaching of Primary School, the Department of Teaching of Mathematic Primary School, Teaching of Science Education and the Department of Teaching of Physcological Advice and Guidance, and it is in favour of Teaching of Primary School, Teaching of Science Education and the Department of Teaching of Physcological Advice and Guidance Key Words: Educational faculty students, communication skills.
