Abstract :Construction and analysis of balanced incomplete block design needs spccial çare. There are several ıııethods to construct balanced incomplete block designs. We tried to give relations between parameters of balanced incomplete block design and propcrties of projective geo- metry and related geometries. We offered some geometrical examples. Some of them can be considered original.
