On CR-submanifolds having holomorphic vector fields on them

Abstract :This paper studies the CR-submanifolds of a Kaehlerian manifold which have holomorphic vector fîelds on them. İt is shown that a CR-submanifold having holomorphic vector fîelds on it is a CR-product.
