Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada problem çözme becerisinin felsefi temelleri tartışılmaya çalışılmıştır. Problem çözme becerisi, bireyin birey olma ve çevresiyle baş etme sürecinde en belirleyici rollerinden birisidir. Problemlerin ve çözüm yaklaşımlarının dinamik oluşu sürekli değişmeye yol açmaktadır. Bu koşullar, düşünebilen, üretebilen, meraklı bireyler yetiştirilmesi ihtiyacını göstermektedir. Bu anlayış doğrultusunda, eğitim sistemimizde bir düşünme süreci olarak problem çözme becerisine ağırlık verilmesinin önemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Problem çözme becerisi, bilgi edinmede esastır. Bilgi de, yaşantı edinmede, yaşantıları geliştirmede ve yeniden düzenlemede üraçtjr. Anahtat Kelimeler: Problem çözme becerisi, öğrenme-öğretme sûren, eğitim   ABSTRACT Basic Philosophy Of Problem Solving This study is intended to explore the basic philosophy of problem solving, Problem solving is one of the most significant factors in the process that makes a person an individual and enables him to cope with the barriers in his environment. The fact that problems and the approach to solve them are dynamic causes a continuous change. Thai being the condition, it is vital to enable individuals to think, produce and wonder. This is what makes it inevitable to focus on problem solving in our educational system because the essence of learning is problem solving. In addition , learning is anundeniable tool in having a proper life, to develop that particular life and consequently to reorganize it.
