Abstract :ÖZET Eğitim Fakültelerinde 1998-1999 eğitim öğretim yılından itibaren öğretmen eğitiminde yeniden yapılanmaya gidilmiştir. Öğretmenlik uygulaması dersleri de bu kapsamda okutulmaya başlanan derslerden birisidir. Bu araştırmanın amacı Eğitim fakültelerinde 8. dönemde okutulan öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinde öğretmen adaylarına, kazandırılmak istenen hedef davranışları ne düzeyde gerçekleştirebildiklerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaçla öğretmen adaylarına 40 soruluk anket uygulanmıştır. Ankete verilen cevapların frekans, yüzde ve aritmetik ortalamaları alınmış, varyans analizi uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin öğretmen adayları üzerinde çok olumlu bir etki bıraktığı, ayrıca, fakülte ve uygulama okulları arasındaki iletişim ve işbirliği düzeyinin artırılması ve uygulamada görev alacak öğretmenleri bilgilendirmek amacıyla seminerler düzenlenmesi gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. ABSTRACT THE EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTS OF THE TEACHING PRACTICE COURSES ON TEACHER CANDIDAES After the 1998-1999 Education Term, Education Faculties started reformation studies in teacher education. Teaching practice courses is one of the lesson which was begun to be taught in this context. The aim of this study is to determine to what extent the objectives of the Teaching Pratjce Course, which is taught in the 8th term of Education faculties, can be achived. For this reason, a questionnaire of 40 questions was given to the teacher candidates. The frequency, and the means of the answers were calculated and a variance analysis was applied. According to the finding, it was fonnd that Teaching Pactice Course has very positive effects on the teacher candidates; and that it is necessary to improve the relationships and the cooperation between the faculties and practice and to organizeseminars to inform the teachers who will serve in Teaching Practice Courses.
