Abstract :Anahtar sözcükler: Beyazlatma, Hidrojen Peroksit Çalışmamızda, kanal tedavi sonrası ya da geçirilen travmatik bir olay sonucu, renk değişikliğine uğramış ön keser dişlerin beyazlatılması amaçlanmıştır. 16-45 yaşlan arasındaki 28 hastanın 30 dişi üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, beyazlatma maddesi tablet formdaki \`Endoperox\`, walking bleach tekniğine uygun olarak kullanılmıştır. 12 dişte 3-7 seans sonunda başan elde edilememiş, bir yılın sonunda başlangıçta iyi ve kabul edilebilir sonuçlara sahip 18 dişten 3\`ünde renkleşme tekrarı gözlenmiştir. Endoperox\`un tablet formda olması, kostik bir solüsyon olan % 30\`luk hidrojen peloksitin pulpa odasına yerleştirme zorluğundan doğabilecek kazaların önüne geçmiş bir uygulama kolaylığı yaratmıştır. f Key words: Bleaching, Hydrogen Peroxide The aim of this study was to apply a bleaching technique to those teeth that have undergone a color change due to previous endodontic therapy or traumatic events. This study was performed by using 30 teeth of 28 patients beetwen ages and the bleaching material was employed in accordance with the Endoperox walking bleach technique in tablet forms. After one year of examination, rediscoloring has been observed in 3 of the 18 teeth which possessed good or acceptable results at the begining of the therapy. The Endoperox in tablet form, has prevented certain accidents due to difficulty of placement of% 30 Hydrogen peroxide in the pulp chamber and has feasibility of application.
