Abstract :ÖZET Netice olarak endodontik başarısızlığa sebep olarak yetersiz diagnoz, yetersiz prognoz, teknik zorluklar veya dikkatsizliği gösterebiliriz. SUMMARY In conclusion we can say that failures in endodontics may due to poor diagnosis, poor prognosis, technical difficuities, or carelessness; A correct diagnosis is not always possible, regardless of tests used A combination of tests rather than dependence upon a single test such as radiographs electric pulp test, thermal test etc. will help prevent a misdiagnosis.
